Office of the Executive Engineer, Gomal Zam Irrigation Division D.I. Khan invites sealed bids through the E-PADs (Single Stage Two Envelope) from approved contractors of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrigation Department. Works form part of ADP No. 2045/210455 (2025-26) for construction of flood protection works, irrigation channels and ponds and installation of solar irrigation tube wells in District D.I. Khan.
Eligibility: Contractors registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the current financial year (2025-26) in the relevant category and code are eligible to bid. Bidding will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via EPADS. Bidders must submit required bid documents, including bid security, as per the tender terms and conditions.
