RFP: Supply, Installation & Maintenance of Portable Ultrasound & Echocardiography System for Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI-II), Islamabad

Issuer: Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP). IDAP invites Request for Proposals (RFP) from eligible, registered bidders for supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of radiology equipment (Package No. 03, Lot-J: Portable Ultrasound & Echocardiography System) on DAP basis for establishment of the Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI-II) at G-11/3, Islamabad.

How to apply: Interested bidders must register on EPADS (Punjab eProcurement System) to be eligible. The RFP document containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available for registered bidders on EPADS at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (Federal PPRA) website at http://ppra.gov.pk.

Submission deadline: Complete Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted on EPADS on or before 2026-07-28, no later than 03:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. Proposals submitted by any mode other than EPADS will not be considered. If the last date for submission is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
