LESCO Tender for Cellular Services & 4G/5G Wireless Data (Post-Paid Tariff) - July 2026

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites E-Bids (through E-PADs version 2.0) under a single-stage two-envelope procedure (technical & financial bids separately) from mobile service providers for the provision of Cellular Services and 4G LTE / 5G Wireless Data Services in LESCO jurisdiction for its employees. E-bids must be accompanied by the Bid Security as specified in the tender documents. Original Bid Security must reach the office address given below by the bid closing date/time.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-16 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Director General (Admn) (address below).

How to apply / submit bids:

- Submit E-Bids through E-PADs version 2.0. Detailed bidding documents, terms and conditions and requirements are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Relevant documents may also be available on LESCO website (www.lesco.gov.pk) and PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk).

- The original Bid Security must reach the office of the Director General (Admn), LESCO HQ, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore (1st Floor, Room No.112) on or before the stated closing date and time.
