Eligibility and submission requirements:
- Firms/contractors enlisted with MES are eligible to apply.
- Firms not enlisted with MES must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in shape of CDR / Defence Saving Certificates duly pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad.
- Bidding documents will be issued to qualified contractors only; all bids received will be opened and evaluated as per the bidding document and PPRA rules.
