Bahria University Pre-Qualification: Consultancy for Construction of Lahore Campus (Dream Gardens)

Issuer: Bahria University Head Office, Islamabad. Purpose: Pre-qualification of consultant for remaining consultancy work for construction of Bahria University Lahore Campus (BULC) — Dream Gardens, Lahore.

Key pre-qualification requirements (summary):

• Registered consultancy firms/companies with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and development of academic complexes/universities.
• Demonstrated past experience in master planning of university campuses or similar large-scale institutional projects, each covering approximately 300 kanals or more.
• Provide a detailed list of similar building projects designed, supervised and completed: project title, location, client name, year of completion, scope of services and current status.
• Provide detailed CVs of key technical personnel proposed for the project, with copies of valid registration certificates with PEC and Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP) where applicable.
• Submit company profile, audited reports, income tax returns and details of working capital for the last five (5) years, plus available bank credit line.
• Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper stating the firm has never been blacklisted or involved in litigation by any authority/government department.

Applications must include the company profile and supporting documents and reach the Planning & Development Directorate, Bahria University Head Office, Islamabad by the stated deadline.
