LESCO Tender: Post-Paid Cellular Services & 4G LTE / 5G Wireless Data Services (Lots 1–2) — Submission by 2026-07-23

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). LESCO invites e-bids (single stage, two-envelope procedure via EPADS v2.0) from mobile service providers for provision of Post-Paid Cellular Services and 4G LTE / 5G Wireless Data Services to LESCO for its employees across LESCO service areas including Lahore, Sheikhupura, Nankana Sahib, Kasur, Pattoki, Okara and Depalpur.

Submission and bidding procedure: All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADs system (EPADS v2.0). Bids must be accompanied by the prescribed bid security as per tender documents. In addition to e-submission, the original bid security must reach the office of the Director General (Admn), LESCO HQ, 1st Floor, Room No.112, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore on or before the closing time and date.

Procurement rules and documents: Detailed terms & conditions and bidding documents are available on the e-Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS) and the LESCO website. The process will follow Public Procurement Rules; the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified as per applicable rules.
