Tender: Hiring of Machinery on Rental Basis for Pre-Flood Arrangements – District Council Sialkot

Issuer: Office of the District Council Sialkot. Electronic bids are invited from eligible contractors/firms registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System for hiring of machinery on a rental basis for pre-flood arrangements under various tehsils of District Sialkot.

Submission and opening:

Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System only (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) on or before 2026-08-04 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 01:30 PM in the office of the District Council Sialkot in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Bid security and requirements:

Bid Security: 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted only as a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) via the Punjab e-Procurement System. The PSID must be generated from the e-Procurement portal and the issuing bank must transmit the Digital Bank Guarantee through SWIFT MT760 in favour of the Chief Officer, District Council Sialkot. Physical bid securities (CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, etc.) will not be accepted. Bids without a valid Digital Bank Guarantee will be rejected.

Bidders must meet eligibility, qualification and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) requirements where applicable. Bids must remain valid for 60 days. Incomplete, conditional, or late bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to increase/decrease quantities in accordance with procurement rules.
