DHQ Hospital Chakwal Tender Notice 2026 — Framework Contracts for Medicines, Gases, Blood Bank, General Stores & Dialysis Supplies

Health Department, DHQ Hospital Chakwal invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers, authorized sales & service dealers, distributors, suppliers and pharmacies for framework contracts and purchase of medical items for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules (Single Stage–Two Envelope). Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System and will be opened in the Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Chakwal. Applicable taxes will be deducted and 2% bid security (of estimated cost) is required for each package.

Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted via the PUNJAB E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM. Bids will be opened in presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 11:30 AM on the respective closing date in the Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Chakwal. Bidders should follow the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Hospital website for additional details. The procurement process is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
