MEPCO Invitation to E-Bids 2.0 – Supply of Circuit Breakers, Capacitor Banks & Panels (Closing 2026-08-11)

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites E-Bids 2.0 for supply of high-voltage circuit breakers, capacitor banks, control & relay panels as per the Annual Procurement Plan FY 2026-27. Bids will be submitted electronically via the E-PADS (E-BIDS 2.0) portal using Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules. Interested bidders must be registered on E-PADS and must submit bids before the prescribed closing date and time. All bids must be accompanied by the specified bid security in an acceptable form and remain valid as required. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

How to apply / key instructions:

- Download and submit bidding documents electronically via the E-PADS (E-BIDS 2.0) portal. Registration on E-PADS is mandatory.

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage, Two Envelope as per PPRA Rules (amended).

- Each bid must be accompanied by the bid security amount specified against the relevant tender in an acceptable form.

- Bids will be opened publicly at the times shown above; bidders or their authorized representatives may attend.

- The Procuring Entity (MEPCO) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
