Tender: Rate Running Contract for City Branding — Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (DMA)

Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (Directorate of Municipal Administration) invites bids for a one-year Rate Running Contract/Framework Agreement for provision and installation of city branding and route decoration for national events, VVIP visits and related occasions, extendable for one year on satisfactory performance.

Tender documents are available on the PPRA E-PADS portal and CDA website and can be obtained from the Deputy Director DMA, MCI (Fire Headquarters, G-7/1, Islamabad) on payment of Rs.5,000 (non-refundable pay order in favour of D.D.O. DMA, MCI) on or before 2026-07-26. Bid security of Rs.1,000,000 (pay order in favour of D.D.O. DMA, MCI) must be uploaded to E-PADS and the original submitted with the bid. Bids must be submitted online via E-PADS and original documents delivered to the office of Director DMA by 2026-07-27 11:00 AM; technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
