MTI-Hayatabad Medical Complex Tender Corrigendum and Addendum

The Hospital Director, MTI-Hayatabad Medical Complex (MTI-HMC), Peshawar issues a corrigendum/addendum to Tender No. SCMD-04/26-27 (Dated 2026-07-04) adding new procurement heads: Serial No. 34 — Rotatory/Vertical Tissue Processor on reagent rental (bid security CDR Rs.200,000); Serial No. 35 — Purchase of medicines & implants for Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal patients (CDR Rs.500,000); and Serial No. 36 — Yearly contract for Waqar Zahir Hospital canteen (CDR Rs.300,000).

Pre-bid meeting for these additions and certain SLAs is scheduled for 2026-07-14 at 11:00 AM in the MTI-HMC Conference Room. Evaluation and bidding methods are clarified under KPPRA rules (single-stage two-envelope or single-stage one-envelope as specified); IT equipment lot is removed and gastroenterology disposables bid security is amended to Rs.200,000. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
