The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids (e-Bids) from eligible bidders registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-2 or above for the procurement of works for the construction of Rescue 1122 offices at G-11, I-14/2, I-9 and Model Town Hummak, Islamabad. Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure will be used with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must register and submit bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0.
