Issuer: Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad. Project: PSDP-funded “Prime Minister’s Scheme for Enabling Youth with Physical Challenges at HEIs through Electric Wheelchairs, Laptops for Visually Impaired, Audio-Visual Aids – HEC”. Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals on contract basis.

How to Apply: Apply online only via HEC careers portal: https://careers.hec.gov.pk. No hard copy of CV/documents required. Application processing fee: Rs. 1,000 (deposit via 1Link services using Mobile Banking App or Mobile Wallet on the HEC careers link).
Selection & Tests: Tests will be conducted at the nearest possible test centre to candidates (Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar). Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Government servants should apply through proper channel.
Other Important Notes: Experience counts only after obtaining the minimum required qualification. Part-time, honorary, apprentice or intern experience (as part of study) will not be considered. Five (05) years general age relaxation is already included; further relaxation as per Government rules may be given where applicable. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan. HEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications or alter number of vacancies.
