Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU) — Invitation for e-Bids for IT Equipment & Services

Issuer: Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU), Government of Pakistan. IFB Reference: IFB No. FMU/IT EQUIPMENT & SERVICES/2026-27/002.

FMU invites electronic bids (technical and financial proposals) from eligible service providers registered for e-procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Bidding will be conducted under the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules (PPR) 2004.

Eligibility & registration: Bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement on EPADS and must have valid Income Tax registration and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status. Unregistered bidders should first register on the EPADS portal.

Bid submission & method: All bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal (portal URL provided in the procurement notice). Original physical documents specified in the e-bidding documents (including original bid security where required) must be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered to the office address indicated in the tender documents before the closing time; failure to submit the original documents may result in rejection.

Bid security & requirements: Electronic bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the tender documents. Detailed bid security amounts, specifications, and other requirements are provided in the e-bidding documents on EPADS.
