Tender: Hiring of 6 Sedan Cars on Rent — Punjab Agricultural Marketing Regulatory Authority (Lahore)

Punjab Agricultural Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA) invites sealed bids from firms providing rent-a-car services for hiring of sedan cars on a one-year contract. Eligible firms must be FBR/NTN registered and capable of providing maintenance and repair support.

Key submission & bid details

• Bid submission deadline: 2026-07-22 up to 02:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the conference room of PAMRA (bidders or their authorized representatives may attend).

• Rates validity: Until 2027-07-30.

• Bid security: 2% of estimated cost in favor of Director, Agricultural Marketing Development Fund, issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan.

• Bidding method: Open competitive bidding, Single Stage Double Envelope procedure as per Rule 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Bidders must quote best and final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes; no negotiations will be conducted.

Eligibility & other conditions

• FBR/NTN registration is mandatory. Firms must provide service support including maintenance and repair.

• PAMRA will not be responsible for any bidder costs related to bid preparation. PAMRA reserves the right to accept or reject tenders as per PPRA rules.
