Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU) — Invitation for e-Bids for IT Equipment & Services (IFB No. FMU/IT EQUIPMENT & SERVICES/2026-27/002)

Issuer: Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU), Government of Pakistan.

Purpose: FMU invites electronic bids from eligible service providers for IT equipment and services as per IFB No. FMU/IT EQUIPMENT & SERVICES/2026-27/002. Procurement will be carried out through the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) e-procurement system (EPADS).

Eligibility & requirements: Bidders must be registered on PPRA e-Procurement / EPADS, possess valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration, and have Active Taxpayer status on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bidders should follow the e-bidding procedures and technical specifications published in the bidding documents.

How to obtain bidding documents: Electronic bidding documents, specifications and other details are available on EPADS at https://portal.eprocure.gov.pk. For technical or EPADS registration issues, bidders may contact the EPADS helpdesk at 051-111-737-237.

Submission & bid security: All electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS. Each electronic bid must be accompanied by the prescribed bid security in the form required by the bidding document. The original bid security must also be submitted in a sealed envelope to the FMU office before the closing time of bid submission; failure to submit the original will result in rejection. Manual (hard-copy) bid submissions will not be accepted.

Opening: Electronic bids will be opened publicly on EPADS on the date and time specified in the bidding documents. If the scheduled opening falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
