LESCO Tender for Cellular Services and 4G/5G Wireless Data (Post-Paid Tariff)

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). LESCO invites E-Bids (E-PADS version 2.0) under a single stage, two-envelope procedure (technical and financial bids submitted separately) from mobile telecommunication service providers for the provision of cellular/post-paid voice services and 4G LTE / 5G wireless data services for LESCO employees across its jurisdiction.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System, EPADS version 2.0). Download and submission of bidding documents are via www.eprocure.gov.pk.

- All E-bids must be accompanied by the prescribed Bid Security as per tender documents. Original Bid Security must reach the office of Director General (Admn), LESCO HQ (1st Floor, Room No.112), 22-A Queens Road, Lahore on or before the submission closing time and date.

- Bids will be opened at the stated date and time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

- Procurement is governed by the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) for the procurement is notified; a copy of the notification and full tender details are available on LESCO website (www.lesco.gov.pk) and the Authority website (www.ppra.org.pk).
