Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad invites Pakistani nationals to apply on a contract basis for positions against the PSDP-funded project titled “Prime Minister’s Scheme for Enabling Youth with Physical Challenges at HEIs through Electric Wheelchairs, Laptops for Visually Impaired, Audio-Visual Aids – HEC”. How to apply: Apply online via HEC careers portal at https://careers.hec.gov.pk. Application processing fee Rs.1,000/- to be deposited via 1Link services using Mobile Banking App or Mobile Wallet on the portal. Tests will be conducted at the nearest possible test center (Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar).
Other important information: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible. Government servants should apply through proper channel. Five years of general age relaxation has already been included; further relaxation as per government rules. Part-time, honorary, apprentice or internship experience (as part of study) will not be counted. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan. HEC reserves the right to cancel/reject applications or vary vacancies.
