LESCO e-Tender for Post-Paid Cellular Services & 4G LTE / 5G Wireless Data Services – Submit by 2026-07-23

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). LESCO invites e-bids from eligible mobile service providers for the provision of Cellular Services and 4G LTE / 5G Wireless Data Services on a post-paid tariff for LESCO employees across LESCO jurisdiction including Lahore, Sheikhupura, Nankana Sahib, Kasur, Pattoki, Okara and Depalpur districts.

Bidding procedure: Single-stage two-envelope e-bidding through EPADS version 2.0. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately. All e-bids must be accompanied by the required bid security as per tender documents. Detailed terms and conditions and E-Bidding documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and LESCO website. Interested firms must submit bids electronically via EPADS and must also ensure the original Bid Security reaches the office of the Director General (Admn) LESCO head office by the stated deadline.
