Horticulture Agency (PHA), Sialkot invites sealed/open auction bids for Advertisement Fee (Auction & Collection Rights Rules 2016) for the Financial Year 2026. The auction will be held on Monday, 20 July 2026 at the Office of the Horticulture Agency (PHA), Andrew Club Road, Kotchey, Sialkot.

| Authority Rights | The Authority/ Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, suspend the auction process, or cancel the auction without assigning reasons. No representation on behalf of another person is allowed unless backed by a power of attorney and a CNIC copy. |
