Cantonment Board Wah Cantt Public Notice: Transfer of Rights for Property No. 569-C (Survey No. 16)

The Cantonment Board Wah Cantt gives public notice that, per office records, property No. 569-C (Survey No. 16) in Wah Cantt is shown in the name of Anwar Hussain Khan (died 1995-12-19); his wife Saeeda Bano died 1998-06-30. By succession document No. 347 dated 2025-04-15 issued under Civil Judge Qaiser Abbas, Taxila, the following persons have been declared legal heirs and have applied for transfer of the property rights into their names: Irfan Ahmed; Imran Khan (son of Anwar Hussain, deceased); Maah Aslah Hasrat; Musannat Nizam and his wife Asma Shiyari; Farzana Yaseen (daughter of Anwar Hussain, deceased).

Anyone having objection must submit it with supporting evidence within 15 days of this publication, either by registered post or in person to the office of the Cantonment Board Wah Cantt. If no objection is received within the period, the Board will proceed with the transfer and later objections will not be entertained.
