Public Notice: Transfer of Property Rights — Plot 5185-D, Survey No.16, Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt

The Cantonment Board Wah Cantt issues a public notice concerning property recorded as Plot 5185-D, Survey No.16, Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt, presently shown in the name of Abdul Rahim son of Ghulam Hussain (d. 06.06.2012) and co-owner Farooqi Begum (d. 14.02.2020). The legal heirs have applied for transfer of the said property rights into their names (reference document number 218425 is cited).

Any person or institution having an objection must submit it to the Cantonment Board Wah Cantt office within fifteen (15) days of this notice’s publication; otherwise proceedings will continue and later objections will not be accepted. Issued by the Cantonment Executive Officer, Wah Cantt.
