The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites e-bids for the procurement of works planned for FY 2026-27 for the construction of the Wellness Complex in Minister Enclave, Islamabad. The procurement will follow a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and CDA regulations.
