The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the procurement of works for the "Wellness Complex, Minister Enclave, Islamabad" funded under FY 2026-27.
Procurement will follow a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0, submit bid security as specified in the bidding documents, and upload e-bids via https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Submission deadline: 24 July 2026, 11:30 AM (bids opened same day at 12:00 PM). Manual submissions will not be accepted.
