Pakistan Air Force Open Tender Notices — Supply, Purchase, Repair & Overhaul (PAF Base Faisal)

Issuer: Pakistan Air Force (PAF) — Open tender invitations for supply, purchase, repair, maintenance and overhaul of assorted items, spares, components, equipment and services for various PAF bases and units (including procurement packages issued by No.107 ADE/PAF Base Faisal (Log) and other PAF bases).

Scope: Sealed tenders are invited for multiple procurement packages covering items such as aircraft/vehicle parts, test and measuring equipment, communication and electronic equipment, medical and hospital supplies, clothing and accoutrements, stationery, furniture, workshop machinery, tyres/batteries, compressors, transport spares, civil works items, and various consumables and specialized services. Each package specifies quantity, performance period and closing/opening times in the tender documents.

Eligibility & Requirements: Interested firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities (NTN) and GST/professional tax where applicable. Firms should submit bids as per tender instructions and provide required bid security/performance security as specified in the tender documents. Quotation validity, warranty terms and other commercial terms must comply with the tender conditions.
