HAZECO Invitation for E-Bids — Supply of ACs, 85" LED, AI Camera, Multimedia & 10kVA Inverter (Tender No. 2026-27)

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from eligible manufacturers/suppliers for supply of listed materials on FCS (free delivery to consignee store) as per quantities below. Bids must be submitted online via the E-PADs Portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk) and comply with PPRA rules.

Key dates & times: Bid submission / closing: 2026-07-22 at 10:30 AM. Bid opening: 2026-07-22 at 11:00 AM.

How to apply: Interested bidders must register and submit e-bids via the E-PADs Portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). All bidders must upload a scanned copy of the bid security with their e-bid and deliver the original bid security to the office of Manager (Supply Chain Management), HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before bid closing time. Failure to upload/deliver required documents will render the bid non-responsive.

Bid conditions: Procurement will follow Single Stage Single Envelope Single envelope procedure in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bids must remain valid for 60 days from opening. Bid security shall remain valid for 30 days beyond bid validity. HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per PPRA rules.
