FESCO Tender Notice — Supply of Distribution Transformers (Single Stage-One Envelope)

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids under Single Stage – One Envelope Bidding Procedure from PPMC/DISCO-approved manufacturers duly pre-qualified / registered in Category M-1 for the supply of Distribution Transformers according to WAPDA/PPMC drawings and specifications (amended to date). Bidders must have valid prototype registration and be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.

• Bidding platform: EPADS (www.openprocure.gov.pk).
• Bid submission deadline: 2026-07-28 by 11:00 AM (electronic bids).
• Bid opening: 2026-07-28 at 11:30 AM in the office of Director (Material Management), FESCO Old Thermal Plant, Abdullahpur, Faisalabad.
• Original bid security must be submitted to the office of the undersigned before the online submission deadline; bids without required original documents will not be opened.

Important eligibility and conditions:

• Only manufacturers approved by PPMC/DISCOs and registered in Category M-1 are eligible.
• Suppliers must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List.
• Prices should be quoted in local currency inclusive of duties/taxes but exclusive of General Sales Tax; no foreign exchange element involved.
• Notification of GRC constituted under Rule-48 of PPRA Rules 2004 is available on EPADS.
