GIK Institute Tender: Rental Transport Services for Students (2 Buses)

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology invites sealed bids from Income Tax- and GST-registered transport companies/firms listed on the Active Taxpayer List for hiring outsourcing of transport services on a rental basis to provide two (02) buses for student transportation between GIK Institute, Topi and Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

Bid documents are available at www.giki.edu.pk or from GIK Admin Block, Room #F-09. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 and 2% earnest money (refundable) on total bid cost are required. Submit sealed bids by 1500 hours on 24 July 2026; bids will be opened at 1530 hours the same day.
