GIKI Tender: Hiring Outsourced Transport Services (2 Buses) — July 24, 2026

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology invites sealed bids under the "Single-Stage, One Envelope" procedure for hiring outsourced transport services on a rental basis for the transportation of students. The requirement is for two (02) buses to operate between GIK Institute, Topi and Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

Eligible bidders must be Income Tax and GST registered transport companies listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bid documents are available at www.giki.edu.pk or from GIKI Admin Block Room #F-09. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 and 2% earnest money (refundable) on the total bid cost are required. Submit sealed bids by 15:00 on 2026-07-24; opening will be at 15:30 the same day. The Institute reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel the tender.
