DHQ Hospital Astore Tender Notice for Procurement & Services (FY 2026-27)

Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Astore invites sealed tenders from reputed government-registered firms, suppliers and contractors for procurement and supply of goods, medicines and services for the financial year 2026-27. Key instructions:

- Submit sealed tenders to the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Astore on or before the specified submission date and time for each category. Bids will be opened at 12:00 hrs on the listed opening date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the M.S Office, Astore.

- Bid security (call deposit) must be submitted in favour of Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Astore as specified for each category.

- Potential contractors must have necessary setup (workshop/auto store/medical store) in Eidgah, Astore where specified and demonstrate relevant experience; a non-blacklisting certificate and experience evidence must be attached with bids.

- Submit separate tenders for each category. All taxes should be included in the bid price. Conditional, ambiguous or incomplete tenders will not be accepted. The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
