Sukkur IBA University Re-Tender: Supply & Installation of Air Conditioning Works at Masjid (Main Campus) – Tender PROC/EPADS/0103

Purpose: Re-tender for supply, installation and related civil works for air conditioning at Masjid, Sukkur IBA University Main Campus (Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through EPADS).

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (as stated):

• Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in category C-6 or above with specialized code ME-01.
• Valid registration with Income Tax and applicable Sales Tax; Active Taxpayer status.
• Average annual turnover (per FBR tax returns) for the last five years should be equal to or greater than the estimated cost of the work.
• Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper declaring no litigation, no blacklisting, and no default with any government or public-sector organization.
• Submission of work completion and performance certificates as required.

Other Conditions:

• Bid security of PKR 350,000 must accompany the bid in the specified form.
• Bids not submitted through the prescribed procedure or received after the deadline will be rejected.
• Bid validity period: 90 days.
• The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per applicable rules.
