CDA e-Bid Invitation — Construction of Government Officers' Residences, Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Procurement & Contract Agreement-I (P&C Wing). CDA invites electronic bids from reputable firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid registration in relevant categories and holding project codes CE-01, CE-02, CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, EE-07, ME-02 or ME-03.

How to obtain bidding documents: Electronic Bidding Documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on the e-procurement portal (ePADS) at http://eprocure.gov.pk and referenced on the PPRA website.

Submission requirements:

• Bids must be submitted online through the ePADS portal in a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure and in strict accordance with the bidding documents.
• Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order / CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA for the specified amount. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded on ePADS in PDF; the original shall be provided before bid submission to the office of Director (P&C-A-I), CDA.
• Manual/hand-delivered bids will not be accepted.
• Bids will be opened online through the ePADS system in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend (opening held at the office of Director (P&C-A-I), CDA).
