WAPDA Medical Services Tender: Framework Agreement for Supply of Medicines (Bid No. 893)

Issuer: WAPDA Medical Services (WAPDA Medical Directorate, WAPDA Hospital Complex).

Purpose: Invitation to bids for execution of a Framework Agreement for the supply of medicines to all WAPDA health units for the financial year 2026-27.

Eligibility: Sealed bids are invited from eligible, prequalified bidders who are manufacturers or sole distributors/importers of pharmaceutical items, registered as drugs under the Drugs Act 1976, and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on the FBR active taxpayers list.

Bidding procedure: Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 (as amended). Bidding documents describing terms, submission procedure, evaluation criteria, bid validity and performance guarantees are available from the WAPDA Medical Directorate and on www.wapda.gov.pk; also advertised on PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk.
