Planning Commission, Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives (Capacity Building & Institutional Strengthening) invites applications for two contractual project positions under the “Population, Monitoring & Results Tracking Unit (MTU)” component. Appointments are on project contracts initially for the period of two years, extendable subject to performance and project needs.

Prior experience working with government, delivery unit, international organization or equivalent is preferred. Experience engaging development partners and donors at senior level preferred. | PPS-12 |
| Advisor – Population Strategy and Governance | 01 | Master’s degree in Public Policy, Management, Data Sciences, Demography, Development Economics or another STEM field. | Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the development sector programming or development planning. Experience with demographic analysis and interpretation of survey data. Prior exposure to Pakistan’s population sector (government, partner or research) strongly preferred. Excellent writing skills. | PPS-11 |
