Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites bids through the Single Stage One Envelope Procurement method via the online E-PADS 2.0 platform for multiple civil works packages in Karachi (District East). Bidding documents are available online on https://eprocure.gov.pk/ after payment of the non-refundable fee. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and comply with Federal/Provincial tax and regulatory requirements.
Key instructions: Bidding documents obtainable online from eprocure.gov.pk. Non-refundable fee: Rs. 5,000 (Pay Order/CDR in favour of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited). Bid security must be provided in shape of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee (amounts shown per package). Bids submitted electronically through E-PADS 2.0. Physical submission of supporting scanned instruments as specified in the tender document is required. Bids will be opened at the Office of The General Manager (Engineering), PIDCL, Bahria Complex IV, 6th Floor, Ext. Block Gizri, Karachi.
