Open Tender Notice 30-32/2026 – Ultrasonic Testing Equipment & Miscellaneous Machines (Islamabad)

Head Procurement (P.O. Box 1482), Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR, Islamabad basis (registered with Sales Tax Department) for the supply of testing equipment and machines. Tender documents are available against prescribed fee and must be submitted by the stated deadline.

Important Instructions & Conditions

- Detailed specifications and terms & conditions can be obtained in writing on firm's letter-head along with the bank draft/pay order of the given tender fee in the name of Director Finance (P.O. Box 1482), Islamabad.

- Tender fee in CASH will not be accepted. Tender/bid security must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of total order value under GST in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482 Islamabad.

- Tender documents will not be issued to firms who could not supply stores against orders in the past. Any postal delays in delivery are the responsibility of the tenderer. Late bids received after the specified date/time will not be entertained. Tenders must remain valid for 60 days from the opening date.

- Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. Competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at the stage/time.

- The original bank draft should be received in the office ONE DAY before the opening date of the tender. Last date for issuance of tender documents is also ONE DAY before opening date.
