PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) invites e-bids through EPADS Version 2.0 for hiring professional security services for PIAHCL properties across Pakistan. Procurement will follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and evaluation will be on Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) criteria as described in the bidding documents.
