HAZECO Invitation for E-Bids – Supply of ACs, LED Displays, AI Camera, Multimedia System & 10kVA Inverter (Closing 2026-07-22)

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites National Competitive Bidding (NCB) e-bids for supply of listed materials on FCS (free delivery to consignee store) basis. Submission through the E-PADS portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk) is mandatory. Bidders must register on EPADS and follow PPRA regulations.

Bid submission (closing): 2026-07-22 at 10:30 AM (e-bids via E-PADS portal).
Bid opening: 2026-07-22 at 11:00 AM.

Key instructions and conditions:

• Only e-bids are acceptable; follow the E-PADS portal procedures and PPRA rules.
• Tenders will be evaluated on a Single Stage Single Envelope basis as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
• Bid Security must be in the name of "HAZARA ELECTRIC SUPPLY COMPANY LIMITED ABBOTTABAD" as specified in bidding documents. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the e-Bid; the original Bid Security must be delivered to the Manager (SCM) HAZECO before bid closing time, otherwise the bid will be considered non-responsive.
• Bid validity: 60 days from bid opening. Bid Security validity: at least 30 days beyond bid validity.
• Samples/brochures required to be submitted by the bidder before closing time; failure to provide will render the bid non-responsive.
• Conditional, partial, or incomplete bids and bids without original bid security will be rejected.
• HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
