Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad invites applications from Pakistani nationals for positions on a PSDP-funded development project titled "Prime Minister’s Scheme for Enabling Youth with Physical Challenges at HEIs through Electric Wheelchairs, Laptops for Visually Impaired, Audio-Visual Aids". Applications are on a contract basis; applicants must apply online through the HEC careers portal.

How to apply and important notes:
- Apply online only via HEC careers website: https://careers.hec.gov.pk. No hard copy of CV/documents is required.
- Application processing fee Rs. 1,000 (may be deposited via 1Link services using Mobile Banking App or Mobile Wallet on the HEC careers portal).
- Tests will be conducted at nearest possible centers (Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar).
- Government servants should apply through proper channel. Five years of general age relaxation already included; further age relaxation as per government rules will be given where applicable.
- Part-time, honorary, apprentice and intern experience (as part of study) will not be counted as experience. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan. No TA/DA for tests/interviews. Only shortlisted candidates will be called.
