Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) under the Ministry of IT & Telecom invites applications for senior leadership roles to drive workforce development, skills initiatives and strategic marketing/branding for Pakistan’s IT sector.

Position	Age Limit	Minimum Qualification	Experience / Key Requirements
Chief Skills Development Officer (CSDO)	56 years (max.)	Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in ICT / Business / Education Leadership / Management Sciences / Public Policy or a related discipline. Candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience in skills development, workforce strategy or digital transformation are encouraged. Degree(s) must be from an HEC-recognized institution.	Minimum 12 years post-qualification progressive leadership experience in IT workforce development or skills training. Experience in higher education, government liaison and strategic planning preferred. Proven record managing large teams, complex multi-stakeholder projects and national-level initiatives; experience (3+ years) managing national or large-scale training programs is advantageous. Track record securing funding/managing high-impact projects (e.g., PSDP) and delivering end-to-end workforce development initiatives with measurable outcomes. Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity) and global workforce mobility trends desirable.
Director Marketing & Branding	56 years (max.)	Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Marketing / Communications / Branding / Business Administration / Management Sciences / Media Studies / Mass Communication / Public Relations / Strategic Communication / Psychology / Computer Sciences or other relevant disciplines. Higher qualifications or professional certifications in marketing, branding or digital marketing are advantageous. Degree(s) must be from an HEC-recognized institution.	Minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience in marketing, branding or strategic communications, including senior/responsible roles. Experience planning and executing marketing & branding initiatives, digital marketing and large-scale campaigns. Ability to lead teams and work with senior management and external stakeholders; familiarity with modern marketing tools, analytics platforms and digital channels. Exposure to public relations, media handling and crisis communication; experience with agencies, creative firms and event management. Experience in IT/technology sectors preferred; familiarity with Google Analytics, Hootsuite or CRM tools is an advantage.
