Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan. PSEB invites applications for senior leadership positions to drive IT-enabled skills development, marketing and branding initiatives.

Position	Age Limit	Minimum Qualification	Experience / Key Requirements
Chief Skills Development Officer (CSDO)	56 years (Max.)	Minimum 16 years of education; degree in ICT / Business / Education Leadership / Management Sciences / Public Policy or related. Degree(s) must be from an HEC-recognized institution.	Minimum 12 years post-qualification progressive leadership experience in IT workforce development or skills training. Proven track record managing large teams, complex multi-stakeholder projects and national policy-level initiatives; higher education or government liaison experience preferred. Experience managing national or large-scale training initiatives (3+ years an advantage). Proven ability to secure funding and manage high-impact projects (e.g., PSDP, donor agencies). End-to-end execution of workforce development initiatives with measurable outcomes. Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity) and global workforce mobility trends is desirable.
Director Marketing & Branding	56 years (Max.)	Minimum 16 years of education; degree in Marketing / Communications / Branding / Business Administration / Management Sciences / Media Studies / Mass Communication / Public Relations / Strategic Communication / Computer/IT or related. Degree(s) must be from an HEC-recognized institution.	Minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience in marketing, branding or strategic communications at senior or progressively responsible levels. Experience in planning and executing marketing & branding initiatives, including digital marketing and large-scale campaigns. Ability to lead/manage teams and work with senior management and external stakeholders. Working knowledge of modern marketing tools, analytics platforms and digital channels; exposure to PR, media handling and crisis communication. Experience with advertising agencies, creative firms, media partners and event management preferred. IT/technology sector experience and familiarity with public-sector organizations advantageous. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, CRM systems would be an advantage.
