HAZECO Tender No. 2026-27 — Supply of ACs, 85" LED Displays, AI Camera, Multimedia System & 10kVA Inverter (Abbottabad)

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-Bids on NCB (National Competitive Bidding) basis from eligible manufacturers/suppliers for supply of materials on FCS (free delivery to consignee store) basis. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS portal. Bidders must register on E-PADS prior to submission.

How to apply / submit bids:

Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS portal: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Only e-bids are acceptable. All interested bidders must register on E-PADS using the portal prior to submission.

Bid security & originals:

Bidders shall submit bid security in the name of "HAZARA ELECTRIC SUPPLY COMPANY LIMITED ABBOTTABAD" as mentioned in the bidding documents. The original bid security must be delivered to the office of Manager (SCM), HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before bid closing time. Scanned copy of the bid security must also be uploaded with the e-bid on E-PADS; failure to upload the scanned copy will disqualify the bid.

Other important terms:

• Tenders will be opened on a "Single Stage Single Envelope" basis in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
• Bids shall be valid for 60 days from the date of opening; bid security shall be valid 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
• Incomplete, conditional, partial or late bids will be rejected. Samples/brochures, if required, must be submitted by the bidder before closing time.
• HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
