National Bank of Pakistan is hiring Relationship Managers for its Corporate Banking team (OG-II / OG-I) to manage and grow corporate client relationships, originate credit proposals and support the Bank’s corporate lending and product cross-sell initiatives.

Master's or professional qualifications (CA, ACMA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) preferred. | Minimum 2 years of banking experience, including at least 1 year in corporate credit or corporate lending. |
Key responsibilities and skills:
- Originate, develop and manage corporate client relationships and deposit / funding opportunities.
- Prepare, structure and present credit proposals; manage credit assessment, documentation and periodic reviews.
- Cross-sell bank products (transaction banking, trade, FX, treasury, cash management) and coordinate with product teams.
- Ensure portfolio asset quality, compliance with lending policies and internal controls.
- Strong financial analysis, report writing, negotiation and relationship management skills; proficiency in MS Office.
Employment terms and selection:
- Employment on contractual basis for three years, renewable at the Bank’s discretion.
- Only shortlisted candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria will be invited for test/interview.
