Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad invites applications from Pakistani nationals for project-funded positions under the project “Establishment of Pir Roshan Institute of Progressive Sciences & Technologies, Miranshah, North Waziristan Tribal District” on a contract basis. Duty station for all posts: Miranshah, North Waziristan Tribal District.

| Project Director (PPS-10) | 01 | 62 years | B.Sc. (Civil Engineering) or Master in Project Management (16 years). Significant experience (senior-level) in management of infrastructure/education projects, project planning, implementation and liaison. |
| Site Engineer (Civil) (PPS-7) | 01 | 40 years | Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Relevant site supervision/construction experience and familiarity with site management and reporting. |
| Accountant (PPS-6) | 01 | 40–45 years | Degree in Commerce/Accounting or equivalent with experience in maintaining accounts, financial reporting and use of MS Office/accounting software. |
| Sub-Engineer (Civil) (PPS-6) | 01 | 40 years | Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil from a recognized institute with post-qualification experience in construction/site works. |
| Attendant (PPS-2) | 02 | 25 years | Middle pass with 1 year’s experience. Local domicile holders will be preferred. |
