| Essential Qualifications | Minimum M.A./M.Sc./B.Sc. (Hons.) with B.Ed./M.Ed. from an HEC-recognized institution. Higher degree preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 8 years post-qualification teaching experience at Matric level or above; at least 5 years’ experience as Principal, Director or Head of a reputed public school, cadet college or leading private institution. Demonstrated success in academic improvement, institutional development, governance, financial management and stakeholder engagement. |
| Age | 35–50 years |
| Compensation & Benefits | Starting salary of Rs. 200,000 per month (negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience) plus furnished official accommodation within the campus. |
| Contract | Initially one-year contract, extendable based on performance. |
| Selection Criteria & Conditions | Shortlisted candidates will be invited for written assessment and interview. Candidates with a Third Division in their academic record are not eligible. The Board may modify or cancel the recruitment process at any stage. Selection strictly on merit. No TA/DA. |
