PIDCL Tenders: Road, Paver, Sewerage and Street-Light Works in Gulbahar & North Nazimabad (Karachi)

Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) invites bids for multiple civil works packages including road rehabilitation, laying metalled roads, CC tuff pavers, sewerage pipe lines, park uplifting works and street-light/solar-light installation in Gulbahar and North Nazimabad towns, Karachi. Bidders must be registered with the relevant PEC category and provide bid security as stated below. Bidding documents are available online and bids must be submitted electronically per the instructions.

How to obtain documents & submit: Bidding documents are available online at https://eprocure.gov.pk. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 (Pay Order / CDR) payable to Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited is required. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee (mentioning Contractor's firm name) and a scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the electronic submission. Original bid security (Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee) and e-stamped documents must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the Office of the General Manager (Engineering), Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Bahria Complex IV, 6th Floor, Ext. Block Gizri, Karachi, before bid submission time.

Submission system & opening: All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS 2.0 system (no alternative methods accepted). Bids will be opened in the office of the General Manager (Engineering), PIDCL, Karachi in the presence of the Procurement Committee and authorized representatives of participating firms.
