PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) invites e-bids for the provision of professional security services at various PIAHCL-owned properties across Pakistan. Bidding will be conducted electronically via EPADS Version 2.0 under Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
