Submission & eligibility: Sealed tenders from reputed firms with NTN. Participating firms must submit 3 (three) tender samples along with the required material sample as per technical data/specifications attached with IT documents. Samples must be without identification on technical opening day; otherwise the offer will be rejected on the spot.
Fee & deposit: Challan Form No. 32-A worth Rs. 2,000/- for registered and un-registered firms (both categories) to be duly deposited into Government Treasury in favour of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. (Major Head Code 02501-20, Main Head-12, Sub Head-A, Miscellaneous – Code Head 1845/30) for each tender separately.
Collection of documents: IT documents with complete details are available from DGP (Army) Rawalpindi during working hours (0800–1500 hrs).
Corrigendum: Corrigendum against Tender No. 28B-2643-02-C (published 14 Dec 2025) is treated as cancelled as per notice.
