Notice: Proposed Transfer of 44.4% Shares in Al-Aziz Developers (Crown City Gwadar Phase-I)

This public notice is issued by Al-Aziz Developers (SMC) Private Limited (sole director: Nadeem Ahmed S/o Munir Ahmed) concerning the residential scheme Crown City Gwadar Phase-I located at Mouza Chatti Shumali, Tehsil and District Gwadar (63 acres; Khewat No. 11, Khatooni No. 11; NOC No. 43/05/HS/GDA (B)). The company is converting from a single-member company to a private limited company and the sole director intends to transfer 44.4% share in Al-Aziz Developers and the associated housing society to Khawaja Eraj Pervaiz S/o Khawaja Pervaiz Iftikhar.

Any person, individual, organization, entity or allottee having objection or a claim against Al-Aziz Developers (SMC) Private Limited, Heart Developers, Marzia City/King City or Crown City Gwadar Phase-I must submit written objections or claims with supporting documentary evidence to the undersigned via WhatsApp or registered courier post within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication. Late submissions will not be considered.
