Al-Aziz Developers: Proposed 44.4% Share Transfer in Crown City Gwadar — Objections Invited

Al-Aziz Developers (SMC) Private Limited, through its sole director Nadeem Ahmed, gives notice that 63 acres comprising Crown City Gwadar Phase-I (Mouza Chatti Shumali, Khewat/Khatooni No. 11) — covered by NOC No. 43/05/HS/GDA (B) and recorded after Mutation No. 15 dated 2019-01-08 — are associated with a proposed conversion of the company’s status and a planned transfer of 44.4% share in Al-Aziz Developers and the Crown City Gwadar Phase-I project to Khawaja Eraj Pervaiz (CNIC 35202-6550785-3).

Any person, allottee, file holder or party with objections or claims relating to this transfer or to Al-Aziz Developers, Heart Developers, Marzia City/King City or Crown City Gwadar Phase-I must submit written objections with supporting documentary evidence to the undersigned via WhatsApp or registered courier within 15 days from the date of publication. Claims received after that period will not be considered.
